Who is LaVonne?
LaVonne is married and lives in Bremerton. She and her husband have three grown children and five grandchildren. They are convinced that all of these offspring are exceptionally bright and handsome! They enjoy living in the area and also have a vacation cabin in Anacortes that they escape to as time permits. LaVonne is active in her community and church. Before entering into the Real Estate profession, LaVonne had a long career in nursing, both in practicing, in teaching student nurses, and in administration. Her favorite parts of the nursing profession: working with people, forming relationships, and helping people achieve their goals; are what appeal to La Vonne most about working in real estate now.

LaVonne has a stated philosophy about how she approaches her life and profession.
This is her statement:
1: Building a trusting relationship with my clients is my primary concern. I believe this is done by recognition of the following "truths".
2: Purchasing or selling a home is demanding emotionally as well as financially.
3: Clients have the right to choose what they wish to spend, regardless of what they may be qualified to afford.
4: The commitment of a full-time real estate professional to their clients demands that they are available, especially during crucial periods of the transaction.
5: Clients are entitled to a knowledgeable professional, one who is committed to continuing education and willing to research an issue as necessary.
6: It is more important to take good care of the clients that you have, than it is to be looking for new ones.
7: Honesty (with sensitivity), even if the information is not welcome, is required to serve the client's best interest.
8: Real estate can be fun for clients as well as their agents!
