Working for people who are motivated to achieve their dreams of buying and selling real estate appeals to me. If you are interested in netting top market value for your house or are looking to move into a new home, I can help you achieve those goals. Listening to my clients and quickly meeting their needs builds the trust and confidence it takes to work well together. Educating and coaching my clients throughout the process enables you to make great decisions and anticipate the next step. Loving what I do, I want my clients to enjoy the process of going through a successful real estate transaction as well. Our mountain views and waterfront properties are just stunning assets while our recent condominium developments have brought some exciting options to the real estate market here in Kitsap County. I am also committed to the revitalization of downtown Bremerton and the strengthening of our local economy.
My first job ever was delivering the then local paper, the "Bremerton" SUN. In high school I earned my money bussing tables at one of my favorite restaurants, the Boat Shed. Working for the Alaska Department of Fish and Game I was fortunate enough to travel around the state procuring genetic samples for a comprehensive commercial fisheries research project. Seven years later, I left Kodiak Island and my Fisheries Biologist position to head back down the the Lower 48. Before Real Estate I worked in the Environmental Services Industry, often times helping developers navigate the complex set of environmental laws. As a federal business developer, my experience with contracts and negotiations strengthens my position as a fiduciary.
That I was born and raised here at the foot of the Olympic Mountains. My family moved here from Shelton in 1980 when one of the first large retailers moved into Silverdale. With many fond memories of camping, fishing, and hiking while growing up, I continue to enjoy many of our outdoor activities. You might have seen me skateboarding down 6th Street or out mountain biking with my loyal dog Cody. Having lived and traveled well, I have a deep appreciation for the quality of living we experience here in Kitsap County and am very happy to be back to living in my hometown.
The first house I ever bought and sold financed an expedition throughout Southeast Asia and then paid for my real estate license! While travelling around the world I have observed more than 1500 differenct species of birds. I am guessing that I have eaten approximately 3000 hamburgers and drank around 7500 pints of beer. One of my favorite quotes is..."When a man's best friend is his dog, that dog has a problem." - Edward Abbey
