I worked nearly 17 years in dentistry. While thIS field is incredibly different than a career in real estate, there are many similarities. Attention to detail, committment, time management and true dedication are qualities that are simply parts of the fabric I am made up of. Without those four contributing factors, there is little hope of attaining goals and feeling good at the same time. I have lived in Kitsap County for more than 30 years. I remember when the admiral theatre was the place to be on the weekend, teenagers "cruized" the Pacific (I had a red VW with a boom box seat belted in the back seat), and Woolworths had a neat little souveigner photo machine. Often times a person considering a real estate sale or purchase will ask a friend or family member what their experiences have been in real estate. Some will remember the agency not the agent they worked with just last year, or the other way around. They will remember the new neighbors opinion of the agent they worked with, but not the agency or agent. One might just open the phone book pick a hand full of names and interview a few agents based on how popular the agency name is.

I choose to sustain my business primarily by referral. This, admittedly, could be a risky approach. I do this because we are confident that integrity, loyalty, and professionalism are the qualities that clients, prefer to work with. I choose not to advertise "Rachel Weaver", rather invest my energies in serving you. You are not a file, a "deal", or paycheck.
